Jon Verbeck has extensive experience in all aspects of operating and developing medium sized companies.

Jon gained significant business operations experience working with Seneca Data Distributors, Inc., a rapidly growing PC manufacturer and peripheral distributor. He also acquired extensive financial experience with both large and small companies as an audit manager with KPMG Peat Marwick in Syracuse, N.Y.

Jon has worked with a wide range of clients to develop strategies and to help drive successful execution and implementation.

These experiences include operational business consulting for:

• Small to medium-sized entrepreneurial companies - profit improvement strategies, best practice benchmarking, process improvement, cash flow management and implementation of internal control policies and procedures.
• Corporate development and acquisition integration management.

Jon also has performed and led turnaround projects, acquisition integration, and ERP implementation project management and provided auditing and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance and project management services. His clients have included a wide variety of manufacturing, service and distribution environments, ranging from $2 million to $1.4 billion in sales. He also provides business coaching to a variety of professionals.

Jon is a Certified Public Accountant CPA and an active member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Turnaround Management Association. He founded and continues to chair the Upstate New York CFO Roundtable. He is also an adjunct professor at Cazenovia College.

He earned his bachelor’s degree in accounting from Syracuse University.
